Policy: prices listed do not include 6% sales tax and 15% service charge. a $100. 00 credit card deposit is required upon booking. if the reservation is canceled 14 days prior to arrival date, a full refund will be issued. if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival, a letter of credit valid for one year will be issued. if the reservation is canceled 48 hours or less from arrival, or guest does not show on the day of arrival, the $100. 00 deposit will be forfeited. the balance is payable on arrival with credit card, cash or travellers check. no personal or business checks will be accepted upon check-in or within 14 days prior to arrival. if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm please call and advise us what time you will be arriving. if you arrive between 8:30 am and 11:00 am, you may enjoy a complimentary breakfast on your day of arrival.
